HMS Internship Businesswoman/Businessman

The training takes place within SRG SSR and is conducted at the SRF regional unit in Zurich.

SRG SSR is the largest media company in Switzerland. With its business units SRF, RTS, RSI and RTR, it produces and distributes content in the areas of information, education, culture, entertainment and sport. As a trainee, you will become part of a diverse and future-oriented company that connects people throughout Switzerland and reaches millions of users daily on various platforms.

This internship is part of the basic training to become a businesswoman/businessman (school-based).

As a graduate of the commercial school, you can complete a one-year internship with us and graduate with the Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a businesswoman/businessman with a professional baccalaureate.

What are your tasks?
You will gain practical experience and engage in the following tasks:

• Insight into the diverse world of Human Resources
• You support the Leadership & Continuing Education team and take on tasks and projects in the areas of junior staff & career development.
• You organise some events for trainees and trainers
• You work with various personnel systems and learn to apply them
