We are an architecture and interior architecture firm recognised for the quality and exacting standards of our work. We design spaces with particular attention to detail, materials, and quality of execution.

You will join a demanding transformation project currently underway and will have a central role in its implementation. In direct contact with the firm’s management, you will be responsible for the architectural, technical, and organisational monitoring of the site, with real autonomy in decisions related to its execution.

For this, we are looking for a site architect director to join our firm.

This position is for you if:

• you have a perfect command of SIA phase 5.

• you have already worked in the execution phase and on site, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Switzerland.

• you master and control execution plans.

• you master coordination between companies and contractors.

• you are precise and attentive to details, with knowledge of construction realities.

Your responsibilities:

• Provision of SIA phase 5 DT and DA services.

• Technical coordination of service providers and companies.

• Planning, site and architectural monitoring until handover.

• Financial monitoring, issuing payment orders, final invoices, guarantees.

• Making concrete decisions with a direct impact on construction.

Expected profile:

• ETH / University of Applied Sciences diploma or equivalent.

• 3 years’ experience in Switzerland with significant and autonomous experience in SIA phase 5.

• proven experience in execution, site, and coordination.

• proficiency in Archicad.
