YOUR TASKS

• You are the central contact person for accredited as well as potential partner physicians and accompany them throughout the entire relationship cycle – from acquisition and onboarding to further development of the collaboration
• Furthermore, you steer and develop the medical network in close cooperation with clinic management, centres and departments and identify potentials for the further development of medical service offerings
• You plan, coordinate and accompany centre discussions, accreditation procedures as well as strategic development and succession planning and derive appropriate measures from these
• You also ensure professional, target group-oriented communication between the clinic and physicians and further develop processes, standards and tools for successful collaboration with partner physicians
• You prepare analyses, key figures, presentations and decision-making bases for clinic management as well as for the medical council and clinic board and support strategic decision-making
• Finally, you are responsible for contract management in the area of partner physician management, recognise relevant developments within the medical profession and prepare regular reports for clinic management

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a completed degree (HF, FH or university) in business administration, health management, law, medicine or a comparable field; supplementary further training in these areas is an advantage
• You bring several years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system, ideally in a hospital, clinic or comparable healthcare organisation, and thus know the structures and processes of the Swiss healthcare system very well
• You have experience working with physicians and various medical departments and possess strong competence in stakeholder, relationship and interface management
• You communicate confidently and appropriately for the target audience at different hierarchical levels, have negotiation skills and handle demanding conversation situations with poise
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, set priorities even under high pressure and act proactively and entrepreneurially
• You are a winning, trustworthy and integral personality with high social competence, tact and pronounced service orientation; you know how to network people, inspire them and win them over for common goals
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French and English skills and are proficient with MS Office and digital collaboration tools
