M365 / Azure Consultant (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Operate infrastructures reliably
You ensure the stable operation of the ICT environments of various SMEs and further develop them technically.
You analyse faults, support with demanding support cases and assist the engineering team with technical challenges.
You improve existing system landscapes and pay attention to security, availability and sustainable operational quality.
Further develop cloud and services
You implement solutions around Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure and integrate new technologies into existing environments.
You plan and realise customer projects from technical conception to implementation.
You create comprehensible documentation and continuously develop standards and services.
Advise customers and enable solutions
You are the technical contact person for customers and support them on-site and remotely with questions.
You translate individual requirements into suitable ICT solutions and support technical decisions.
You work in presales and help to develop convincing solution concepts for new customer needs.
You contribute your own ideas and help shape the further development of the service offering.
Qualifications:
Technical foundation
You have completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience as a systems engineer or in a comparable technical role.
You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure and familiar with modern ICT infrastructures.
You understand networks, system architectures and basic security concepts.
You have experience in the technical analysis of customer requirements and in implementing suitable solutions.
Personality and collaboration
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with complex tasks.
You take responsibility, act service-oriented and communicate openly with customers and colleagues.
You think in a networked way, learn quickly and show initiative in technical and organisational matters.
You communicate well in German and English.
You are flexible and enjoy personally supporting customers and shaping long-term solutions.
