Finance Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an important institution in public transport located in Zurich, we are looking for a committed professional to strengthen the finance team. You will take on the professional leadership of market-responsible transport companies in all financial matters and handle demanding business management and financial legal issues related to public transport. In this role, you will contribute in a future-oriented, socially relevant environment with plenty of scope for creativity and personal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
You take on the professional leadership of market-responsible transport companies in all financial matters
You negotiate budgets and review invoices, cost accounting, and investments of the transport companies
You conclude financing, service, and target agreements and monitor them
You prepare the consolidated financial planning
You draft and obtain resolutions from the responsible authorities (Transport Council, Government Council, and Cantonal Council)
You analyse processes and controlling instruments and develop them in a structured way with a focus on digitalisation
You participate in or lead regional and national committees and projects
Qualifications:
You have a business or economics education (university of applied sciences or university degree) as well as several years of qualified professional experience in controlling, auditing, finance, or a related field
Ideally, you already have knowledge of the public transport financing system or a comparably complex industry
You work in a structured and reliable manner with high personal responsibility and a strong quality awareness
As a team player, you are assertive and strong in negotiation and experienced in dealing with different stakeholders
You have an interest in digital and efficient solutions and the motivation to actively further develop processes
