Application Supporter (m/f/d)
How do digital images become real added value? Our Rocken partner develops and integrates highly specialised hardware and software solutions for image processing and management. As a system supplier, the company supports customers from evaluation through implementation to aftercare – equally in materials technology, medicine, and pharmaceuticals. The field of activity includes microscopy, camera integration, image management systems, and AI-supported analyses. The focus is on maximising value creation from optical inspections. Installation, configuration, and training on software solutions at customer sites, partly including integration of microscopes and cameras
Technical consulting on system expansions and problem solving
Intensive on-site customer support 3-4 days per week
Preparation of installations as well as handling of technical enquiries and remote support on the remaining days
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training as well as professional experience as an IT supporter or system technician
Solid knowledge of PC hardware and Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Office, and SQL Server; Oracle knowledge is an advantage
Experience with optical systems such as microscopes and cameras is an advantage
Very good German skills as well as good English and French skills, both spoken and written
