IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You design and implement customised IT customer solutions.
- You create and maintain documentation to ensure stable IT system operations.
- In this role, you handle fault cases and respond to customer enquiries efficiently.
- You assist with consultations, training, and the preparation of offers.
- As an IT system operations specialist, you actively contribute to the further development of products and services.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the ICT field (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent)
- Experience with Microsoft infrastructures, ideally complemented by experience in M365 or Azure
- Knowledge of virtualisation as well as server and network environments is advantageous
- Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and varied tasks
- Motivation to take responsibility and actively contribute to a small team
