Role:

On behalf of the client, we are looking for a technically interested professional for the planning and design of modern building technology systems. You will independently handle smaller and medium-sized projects and accompany larger undertakings from the study through planning and realisation to handover to the client. A focus lies on 3D/model-based planning, technical calculations, and the development of energy-efficient building technology solutions. You will work interdisciplinarily on projects related to energy efficiency, decarbonisation, and sustainable supply concepts.


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and realisation of building technology projects of various sizes from study to handover

  • Independent project handling of smaller and medium-sized HVAC systems

  • Creation of project, execution, and detailed plans as well as building technology models in 3D

  • Participation in BIM and model-based planning processes and coordination of specialist models

  • Creation of system, function, and principle schematics

  • Conducting technical calculations, dimensioning, and variant comparisons

  • Preparation of tenders, specifications, and technical tender documents

  • Development and evaluation of energy-efficient and CO₂-reduced building technology concepts

  • Coordination of interfaces with architecture, electrical, building automation, and other disciplines

  • Participation in internal and external project and coordination meetings

  • Accompanying projects during execution, commissioning, acceptance, and handover

  • Contributing to the further development of digital planning methods and technical standards


Qualifications:

  • Education or degree as Technician HF or Engineer FH in Building Technology or comparable field

  • Alternatively, several years of professional experience as building technology planner EFZ

  • Experience or strong interest in HVAC planning and energy-efficient building technology systems

  • Good knowledge of CAD and 3D/model-based planning, BIM knowledge is an advantage

  • Knowledge of relevant SIA phases and Swiss building technology standards is an advantage

  • Confident use of Microsoft Office

  • Good German language skills spoken and written
