Your Tasks
- You care for patients and are their first point of contact.
- You organise the practice workflow and coordinate appointments.
- You support the doctors with administrative tasks.
- You carry out laboratory work and prepare examinations.
- You manage patient data and maintain the electronic medical record.
- You assist with medical procedures and examinations.
- You take responsibility for the reception area.
Our Requirements
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ.
- You bring professional experience in a medical practice or a similar environment.
- You are proficient in handling electronic medical records.
- You have good organisational skills and work in a structured and focused manner.
- You enjoy direct contact with patients.
- You are a team player and have strong communication skills.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
