Vivràdom is a home care and support organisation recognised by the Directorate General of Health (DGS). It offers its services throughout the Canton of Vaud.
Our mission is to help dependent or health-impaired individuals remain in their living environment for as long as possible. We provide services to promote, maintain and/or restore health, maximise the level of autonomy, and encourage the social integration of our clients while supporting their informal carers.
To complete our teams, Vivràdom is looking for a:
Health Care Assistant (M/F) Permanent Contract, rate to be agreed
Responsibilities
- Support patients in daily living activities at home and/or outside
- Encourage patient involvement in care according to their level of autonomy
- Implement hygiene and safety measures, both during interventions and in the use of medical devices
- Collect and transmit information necessary for nursing care to develop the care plan
- Record observations, actions and assessments made with the patient in the software
Profile
- 120-hour CRS Health Care Assistant Certificate or Swiss diploma deemed equivalent or foreign certification with CRS equivalence.
- If possible, you already have experience in this field. Besides a clear interest in the elderly and home care, you are autonomous while working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility is one of your strengths (days, evenings and weekends / hours).
- Driving licence essential.
