About the job

Located in the Pays-d’Enhaut region, the Advanced Age Psychiatry unit (EMS) of our Foundation welcomes, cares for, and supports any elderly person affected in their mental health. It offers a family-like and multidisciplinary environment, promoting the integration of the social circle.

The EMS L'Ours currently accommodates 40 beneficiary-residents and we can count daily on the skills of dedicated staff.

To complete the existing team, we are looking for a fixed-term

CRS Health Assistant / Nursing Assistant (M/F)

between 80% and 100%

Start date: immediately or to be agreed

Your mission

• Support beneficiary-residents in daily living activities
• Provide hygiene and comfort care
• Participate in the overall support of beneficiary-residents
• Collaborate with the entire multidisciplinary team

Desired profile

• CRS health assistant certificate, AFP ASA or nursing assistant diploma
• Strong interest in the field of advanced age psychiatry
• Organisational and collaborative skills
• Teamwork spirit, versatility and autonomy
• Clean criminal record
