You love bringing people and companies together successfully and want to make a direct impact with your clients? Then we are looking for you as a Sales Consultant for permanent positions. We are currently recruiting for the locations Zurich, Aargau, Bern, Basel and Zug.

• You build your client base through targeted sales activities and maintain it long-term based on trusting relationships
• You take over the entire recruitment process for permanent positions: from job posting through search, interviews and selection to placement
• You prepare application dossiers and present them to your clients - with active follow-up until contract conclusion
• Through regular client visits, client calls and the use of digital tools and networks, you ensure strong market visibility
• You keep an eye on your sales activities (KPIs) and ensure the achievement of your individual goals

• Sales DNA and a genuine sense for customer needs
• A strong understanding of service excellence
• Entrepreneurial thinking and result orientation
• Experience in recruiting as well as building a strong candidate pool
• A completed education - ideally in a commercial or related profession
• Good IT skills - you feel at home with digital tools and CRM systems
• You speak fluent German; English and/or French are a plus
