HR Consultant - Temporary Assignment

For our client, a recognised organisation active in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an HR Consultant to manage a high-volume recruitment campaign.

Our client operates in the healthcare sector in French-speaking Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process for a large number of positions.
• Analyse internal and external applications and assess their suitability for the desired profiles.
• Write and publish advertisements on various recruitment channels.
• Conduct sourcing and pre-selection of applications.
• Conduct telephone and recruitment interviews.
• Ensure coordination with managers and various stakeholders.
• Guarantee a quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Handle administrative follow-up related to recruitments and update HR tools.
• Produce regular reports on the progress of the recruitment campaign.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in human resources, occupational psychology, management, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Experience as an HR Partner would be an asset.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Good command of IT tools and applicant tracking systems.
