Your role includes promoting and selling the diverse range of Nespresso coffee machines and coffee products. Become an integral part of the coffee community and inspire others to think about what is in their cup and how it enriches their daily rituals.

A day in the life of sales staff

As the first point of contact, you take care of our customers and guarantee them an unforgettable shopping experience. Your tasks include:

• Recommending, presenting, and selling products from our extensive range of machines, coffee, and accessories to meet the individual needs of our customers in various department stores and shopping centres
• Responding competently and flexibly to individual concerns
• Inviting customers to delicious tastings
• Managing coffee orders and ensuring the availability of all necessary accessories and brochures at the sales location
• Handling some administrative tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness in the sales area and performing minor repairs on machines

Your area of responsibility:

• Good German language skills are essential; French and English are a plus
• You have experience with FMCG retail brands
• Preferably, you have at least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales
• You distinguish yourself with your work ethic, integrity, and absolute honesty (transparency and trust)
• You are a service-oriented, proactive team player with a passion for continuous learning and sharing
