Do you want to operate complex IT systems reliably and actively shape the technological development of a modern corporate environment? In this position, you combine sound infrastructure knowledge with current cloud technologies and take responsibility for the stable, secure operation of central IT services. At the same time, you work with various stakeholders, implement technical improvements and contribute your ideas to the further development of the system landscape.
Responsibilities:
Management and optimisation of Windows server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO) as well as cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365.
Ensuring a secure and high-performance network infrastructure with WLAN, firewall systems, Hyper-V virtualisation, backup and monitoring.
Support and expansion of client and server platforms, business applications as well as communication and collaboration solutions including interfaces.
Technical collaboration on ICT projects and system optimisations in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners, especially in the areas of architecture, IT security and administration.
Handling technical enquiries in 1st and 2nd level support, checking application quality and continuously updating the operating documentation.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ, further education at HF level or a comparable professional qualification.
Several years of practical experience in the areas of IT infrastructure, system administration or platform operation, preferably in a small or medium-sized company.
Good to very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and hybrid IT architectures.
Experience in implementing technical IT projects; knowledge of SQL and agile methodologies such as Scrum is a plus.
Structured and solution-oriented working style, pronounced analytical thinking, high personal responsibility and team spirit as well as good German skills; English is an advantage.
