Job Description
As a Planner specialised in care within our agency, you will be responsible for participating in the selection and coordination of our temporary workers to meet the needs of our partner medical institutions:
- Receive, plan and monitor temporary staff requests from healthcare institutions
- Identify temporary workers suited to the needs of the institutions and organise assignments with responsiveness
- Issue mission contracts related to placements made and ensure administrative follow-up of assignments
- Maintain effective communication with healthcare institutions and temporary workers to ensure smooth mission execution and develop lasting relationships
- Manage urgent requests and last-minute changes
- Provide telephone on-call service outside agency opening hours to respond to urgent needs of our partner institutions, in rotation with other members of the planning team
Additional Information
- Activity rate: 100%, 40-hour week and 5 weeks paid holiday
- Contract type: Permanent contract
- Location: Lausanne
