IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

You ensure the reliable operation of modern workplace, server, and cloud environments and continuously develop them.
You administer user accounts, access rights, and Microsoft services and ensure an appropriate permission structure.
You analyse technical faults, coordinate their resolution, and ensure secure and efficient IT operations.
You implement technical projects such as rollouts, migrations, system adjustments, and infrastructure expansions.
You collaborate with specialist departments, partner companies, and manufacturers and accompany topics from planning to implementation.
You keep an eye on devices, software licences, and system configurations and keep the technical documentation up to date.
You support security measures, controls, and the continuous improvement of our IT services.
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in the field of computer science or a comparable technical qualification.
Several years of practical experience in infrastructure, workplace, or system operations.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
Experience with client/server environments, mobile devices, networks, and cloud technologies.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity, identity & access management, and IT governance.
An independent, careful, and pragmatic working style with a strong service mindset.
Enjoyment in coordination, communication, and collaboration with various contacts.
