Experienced International Buyer – Asia / Europe Zone

As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced Buyer with solid experience in product sourcing from suppliers based in Asia.

Main responsibilities:

• Identify, select and negotiate with suppliers
• Manage tenders, optimise purchasing and logistics costs
• Ensure follow-up of orders, deadlines and product quality
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with international partners
• Ensure compliance with Swiss standards, Swiss regulations and contractual conditions
• Work closely with internal teams (logistics, quality, production)
• Maintain active market monitoring on product categories

Profile sought:

• Significant experience in international purchasing (5 to 10 years), ideally with Asia
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Fluency in English essential (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of an Asian language is a plus
• Rigour, autonomy and organisational skills
• Availability required given the international travel planned during the year
