Project Manager Construction Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 125,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the management of demanding building construction projects in construction management and general planning. You will manage projects from planning through tendering and realisation to commissioning and bear overall responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project risks. You will lead interdisciplinary general planning teams and coordinate all interfaces between the client, authorities, architecture and specialist planning. A particular focus is on structured project control and the use of digital planning and project management methods.
Responsibilities:
Taking over the project management in construction management from planning to commissioning and handover
Managing demanding building construction projects through the relevant SIA phases
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and agreed project objectives
Leading and coordinating general planning and interdisciplinary project teams
Managing collaboration between architecture, specialist planning, specialists and executing companies
Central contact person for clients, authorities and external project participants
Establishing and leading structured project controlling and reporting
Conducting risk analyses and early development and implementation of appropriate countermeasures
Coordinating planning, approval, tendering and realisation processes
Preparing and leading project, client and coordination meetings
Managing tenders, awards, contract and change management
Use and further development of digital planning, BIM and project management processes
Qualifications:
University degree as Architect ETH/FH, Civil Engineer ETH/FH or comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in project management or construction management, ideally in Swiss building construction
Experience in leading general planning and interdisciplinary project teams
Sound knowledge in cost, schedule, quality and risk management
Good knowledge of Swiss construction processes, SIA standards as well as tendering and awarding procedures
Proficient use of digital planning and project management methods, ideally experience with BIM
Very good German skills spoken and written
