Responsible for Communication and Property Management

Tasks

Communication

• Editorial work and design of the annual report in cooperation with management
• Conceptualisation and editing of internal as well as public communication materials
• Writing and editing tenant communication including obtaining approvals
• Maintenance, content planning and further development of the website
• Management of all internal and external corporate communication

Marketing and Events

• Ensuring and monitoring consistent compliance with CI/CD guidelines
• Independent planning, development and management of marketing projects
• Organisation, coordination and assistance in the execution of internal and external events
• Efficient collaboration with external service providers (agencies, printers, suppliers)

Property Management and Accounting

• Active support in all matters of property management
• Assistance in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting

Requirements

• Training or experience in communication, media or editorial work
• Practical experience in writing corporate and marketing texts in various formats
• Enjoyment of visual storytelling and creating digital content
• Confidence in using digital tools (MS Office 365, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop)
• Independent, proactive and hands-on working style
• Openness, curiosity and organisational talent
• Very good German skills (native language)
• ABACUS experience is an advantage
