- A HF/FH degree in social work, preferably social pedagogy / work pedagogy
- Agogic expertise and experience working with people with disabilities
- Further training in leadership and experience in managing teams and project management

- Good administrative and IT skills

Who we are
For over 50 years, SSBL – Foundation for self-determined and supported living – has been accompanying and caring for people with cognitive and multiple disabilities. Over 850 employees are committed daily with dedication and high professionalism to enable these people to live as independently as possible. In the work area, 380 clients are accompanied in the work and employment offers in the studios Experience, Household, Industrial Work, Creative, Animal and Nature.
