Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
Participation in the management of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and Hyper-V
Independent installation, support, and maintenance of workstation and server systems, networks, and firewalls
Supporting users at all support levels (1st to 3rd level)
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education as an IT specialist with a focus on system technology
Solid knowledge of Windows client and server (hardware, ADS, DNS, DHCP, IIS, shares, KMS, Hyper-V)
Experience with Microsoft Exchange, MS SQL Server, and network components (core and access switches, firewalls from various manufacturers)
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
