Head of IT Division Hydro Energy and Biomass (m/f/d)

Workload: 80% or 100% | Baden

Working in one of the most exciting industries in Switzerland - sustainable energy! Contribute to the energy future. In this role, you are the central interface between Business, Group IT and other divisions. You understand the requirements of the specialist department, develop sustainable IT solutions and successfully drive digital initiatives forward. You take responsibility for operational IT topics as well as for the strategic development of the division.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You work closely with internal stakeholders, Group IT and other IT leads

• You translate business requirements into clear IT solutions

• You lead or coordinate demanding IT and transformation projects

• You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of division-specific applications and services

• You ensure a stable and professional IT operation

• You actively drive change and improvement processes

• You keep an eye on budgets, risks and dependencies

Profile & Requirements:

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in an IT leadership role or at the interface between business and IT

• Experience in project management and digital transformation

• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management

• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working

• Enjoyment in actively shaping change

• Independent and solution-oriented working style

• German, English and French
