Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
As a Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ, you plan and develop innovative sanitary solutions for demanding building services projects. You work with modern digital planning methods and BIM technologies and actively contribute with a committed team to the development of sustainable HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
Planning and development of sanitary installations for diverse building services projects
Creation and editing of digital building models using Trimble Nova and/or Revit
Participation in BIM projects and continuous development of digital planning methods
Application and implementation of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the field of sanitary engineering
Preparation and maintenance of technical project documentation
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project completion
Active involvement in the development of innovative and sustainable building services solutions
Qualifications:
Completed training as a Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ or higher education in building services engineering
Enjoyment of digital planning and experience with Trimble Nova and/or Revit
Interest in further development in the field of Building Information Modelling (BIM)
Solid technical understanding of sanitary installations as well as good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Word and OneNote
Team-oriented personality with enthusiasm for working in a young and dynamic environment
Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as resilience and flexibility
