Responsibilities:
- Maintenance work on hydraulic and pneumatic components, gearboxes as well as specific spare parts
- Setting up production equipment
- Optimising and further developing the entire mechanics
- Spare parts management
- Increasing the technical availability and operational safety of systems and machines
- Carrying out maintenance work and overhauls
- Independently performing repairs and upkeep
- Adhering to and maintaining safety regulations
- Identifying and reporting safety-relevant defects
- Assisting with the conversion, installation, and commissioning of production equipment
- Inventory management, material procurement, and spare parts
- Participating in the annual overhaul / leading assembly teams
Qualifications:
- Basic training as a polymechanic (preferably specialising in maintenance)
- Experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of injection moulding and pneumatics
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
