What is my role?

• Technical and organisational management of the audit department

• Responsibility for the professional and timely handling of audit mandates

• Independent execution of regular and limited audits according to Swiss audit law

• Audit of annual and consolidated financial statements according to CO

• Support and maintenance of a diverse client portfolio with national and international customers

• Advising clients in the areas of accounting, auditing and compliance

• Conducting special audits as well as dealing with business management issues

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with the fiduciary and tax consulting departments

• Participation in the further development of quality standards and internal processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Qualification as a federally certified public accountant

• Several years of professional experience in auditing, ideally in a small or medium-sized Swiss fiduciary or audit firm

• Sound knowledge of Swiss accounting and audit law

• Enjoyment in professional leadership and development of a team

• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as interest in taking responsibility and actively contributing to the further development of the company

• Independent, structured, responsible and solution-oriented working style

• High service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills B1
