On behalf of our client, a recognised player in the infrastructure sector in Geneva, we are looking for a

Your mission

Within the Works & Planning department, you will actively participate in the management and coordination of maintenance, transformation and renovation works.

In this capacity, your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Plan and coordinate maintenance, transformation and renovation works on structures.

• Supervise contracted companies and ensure the follow-up of their interventions.

• Monitor the progress of works, adherence to deadlines and quality of services.

• Ensure communication between the various stakeholders and the administrative follow-up of files.

• Provide operational support to engineers and works managers within the framework of specific projects.

Your profile

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electrician or an equivalent qualification in building technology.

• You have several years of experience in building renovation and transformation.

• You possess good knowledge of the various building trades.

• You are comfortable coordinating companies and monitoring construction sites.

• You have excellent communication skills and know how to build trusting relationships with your contacts.

• Autonomous, rigorous and committed, you enjoy teamwork and know how to manage priorities.
