Short-term assignment - 100% IT Technician

About the role

Our client, a public organisation in Geneva, is looking for a junior profile to support their team in renewing the printer fleet. You will join the IT team where you will be responsible for assisting users during this phase of deploying new printers. You will need to answer their questions, resolve first-level technical issues, and collaborate with the project manager on more complex problems. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience within a large-scale organisation!

Tasks

• Familiarise yourself with the use of new photocopiers and the Windows printing environment
• Answer users’ questions and support them on-site during deployment
• Resolve level 1 incidents or technical problems
• Escalate unresolved incidents to the project manager

We are looking for

• You have training in the IT field
• You have some (even brief) experience in IT support or a similar role
• You are available from 5 October for a 6-week assignment
