Microsoft System Administrator (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is the leading energy service company in Switzerland for end consumers in the field of permanent energy management (energy procurement, energy data management and billing). It is independent of suppliers, producers and distribution network operators.
Responsibilities:
You design, operate and further develop our hybrid IT infrastructure (On-Prem & Azure) including servers, network, M365 and backup
In this role, you take co-responsibility for IT security and drive its continuous improvement
You analyse and resolve complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
You work closely with your team colleagues and the specialist departments within the company
You lead IT projects, actively participate in them and help shape continuous improvement processes in IT
Qualifications:
- Completed training as an IT specialist, ideally with FA, HF, FH or comparable further education
- Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role; motivated juniors are also welcome
- Solid practical experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Very good knowledge of networking, routing and IT security
- Initial experience in IT project management is a plus
- Enthusiastic, networked thinking and solution-oriented personality
