To complete our Human Resources department, we wish to hire a
Human Resources Manager (80%)
Your mission
Personnel administrative management
- Ensure the maintenance and updating of personnel files
- Manage contracts, absences, certificates and related documents
- Monitor entries, changes and departures
Salary management and monitoring
- Prepare and check the data necessary for payroll
- Monitor social insurances and usual declarations
- Issue payslips
Management of the working time recording system
- Ensure the monitoring of the time management system within the Municipal Administration
- Train new employees on the time management system
Monitoring and improvement of HR processes
- Ensure the smooth running of internal procedures
- Propose simple improvements and update HR tools
Recruitment and integration
- Participate in drafting and publishing job advertisements
- Sort applications and organise interviews
- Prepare engagement documents and support integration
Your skills
- Federal Certificate of Human Resources Manager (or equivalent training considered) required, ideally Federal Diploma of Specialist in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Human Resources role, ideally in a public administration
- Proficiency in Abacus and Mobatime systems and ease with office tools
- Knowledge of the legal framework and HR practices in Switzerland
- Proven experience in salary management
- Rigorous management, reliability and organisational skills
- Autonomy and versatility, motivation and commitment
- Good communication skills, service orientation and team spirit
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
