You combine technical expertise with leadership skills and want to actively shape the development of modern IT services? In this role, you lead an ICT service team, further develop the IT strategy together with management, and continue to contribute personally to demanding technical issues.
You are responsible for the reliable operation of complex customer and corporate infrastructures, optimise service processes, and promote the professional development of your employees. At the same time, you work closely with customers and internal specialist departments.
Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of an ICT service team with up to 15 employees
Co-design of the IT strategy and implementation of the technical roadmap into concrete measures
Ensuring and further developing data centre, workplace, cloud, and customer infrastructures
Optimisation of IT service management processes according to ITIL and participation in the introduction of a new ITSM tool
Development of service descriptions, SLAs, operating concepts, and technical documentation
Responsibility for internal IT, resource planning, reporting, and budget as well as operational support in technical challenges
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in a demanding IT role, ideally with leadership responsibility
Sound knowledge of modern Microsoft infrastructures as well as cloud, virtualisation, and data centre technologies
Experience in operating and further developing IT services and infrastructures
Knowledge of IT service management; an ITIL certification is an advantage
Enjoyment of staff leadership and willingness to contribute personally to technical issues
Very good German and good English skills as well as a confident manner with customers and partners
