Technical Internal Sales Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF72,000 - 90,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will be responsible in the technical internal sales department for supporting customers and specialist trade partners. You coordinate orders, handle technical enquiries and support sales in the area of fire protection and building component solutions.
Responsibilities:
Advise customers and specialist trade partners by phone and in writing
Create quotations and administratively accompany orders until delivery
Coordinate technical questions with suppliers and internal specialist departments
Perform price calculations and coordinate project-specific clarifications
Handle complaints and ensure their processing
Support the field service in customer projects and administrative tasks
Maintain product information and integrate new solutions into existing processes
Work closely with internal departments and external partners
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial basic training
Experience in technical internal sales or order processing
Industry knowledge in fire protection, door and gate systems, metal construction or building components is an advantage
Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
Independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
Very good German and French skills, English is an advantage
