Specialising in the development of information systems for medico-social institutions (EMS) in French-speaking Switzerland, Sadies SA is looking to strengthen its team and support its clients in using its resident electronic record solutions by recruiting a:

Trainer – Software Support
Sadies DIR, MobiDIR and NewDIR Solutions

Your main tasks:

• Deliver training tailored to the needs and level of participants
• Support users in mastering the DIR, MobiDIR and newDIR software
• Provide user support: answer their questions, analyse difficulties encountered and help resolve them
• Participate in updating training materials and user guides
• Gather user needs and collaborate with the internal team to improve the tools and their use.

Your profile:

• You have a passion for teaching and demonstrate pedagogy, patience and listening skills
• You are comfortable with IT tools and enjoy contact with users
• You know how to adapt your explanations to different audiences
• Training or experience in care is an asset, especially to understand the practices and needs of teams
• Knowledge of DIR, MobiDIR and newDIR is also an asset
• You are autonomous, organised and willing to travel to our clients in French-speaking Switzerland

Work rate: 60% or to be agreed

Start date: 1 March 2027 or to be agreed
