Planner Building Services Internal Office (m/f/d)
Role:
Do you want to accompany modern heating systems from conception to implementation? In this role, you plan, design and realise energy-efficient heating solutions, working closely with internal and external partners. Your focus is on sustainable, standards-compliant projects in a varied environment.
Responsibilities:
You take on the planning and project design of heating systems in new build and renovation projects
You create technical drawings, plans and tender documents
You coordinate with the trades sanitary, ventilation and electrical engineering
You advise customers on energy-efficient heating systems
You ensure compliance with quality standards, norms and regulations
You work closely with architects, engineers and clients throughout all project phases
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a building services planner EFZ, specialising in heating
You have experience in HVAC planning; CAD skills (e.g. Plancal Nova) are an advantage
Career starters with completed training are also warmly welcome
You are team-oriented, reliable and work structured as well as solution-oriented
