Introduction
For a successful and established fiduciary company in the Aarau region, we are looking for a committed individual as of 1 September 2026 or by arrangement for the position of Senior Fiduciary Mandate Manager (50-80%).
Our client serves national as well as international companies from various industries and offers comprehensive services in fiduciary, auditing, and business consulting. You can expect a professional environment with varied mandates, direct client contact, and flexible part-time options.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of a diverse client portfolio
- Leadership and support of client accounting as well as assistance in cash management
- Preparation and review of interim and annual financial statements
- Advising clients on financial statements, taxes, and business matters
- Preparation of reports for national and international companies
- Participation in limited audits and business valuations
- Support in succession planning and matters relating to personnel and social insurance
- Preparation and review of tax returns and VAT declarations
- Close collaboration with management and internal specialists
Profile
- Completed further education as a certified fiduciary expert, certified auditor, or fiduciary with a federal diploma
- Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and structured working style
- Team-oriented and communicative personality
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
- RAB admission is an advantage
