Within our manufacturing team, we are looking for our future

Your mission

Attached to our manufacturing/machining department, you ensure the start-up, adjustments, and optimisation of processes.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the start-up, adjustment, and monitoring of production machines such as Star and Index types.
• Produce complex parts according to plans and defined requirements
• Guarantee the quality of produced parts and perform quality controls
• Identify and propose improvements to optimise production processes
• Participate in first-level maintenance of equipment

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic with a screw machining option or equivalent training
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
• Comfortable reading plans and independently machining complex parts
• Good knowledge of ISO programming
• Methodical mindset, solution-oriented, rigorous, and able to organise work and priorities according to expectations
• Regular use of MS Office computer tools

Workplace: 2500 Biel/Bienne

Working hours: daytime, but willing to work in shifts occasionally.
