Educational Officer, Käferberg Location

Tasks

• You are responsible for the professional, organisational and personnel management of the education sector and the overall coordination and organisation of in-company initial, further and continuing training.
• You ensure the educational support of those responsible for vocational training and trainees.
• You guarantee the appropriate selection and practical training of apprentices and students of all professions within the company.
• You are the contact point for all external bodies, including apprentices, vocational schools and authorities.
• You communicate openly and transparently within our education team and with the company management.

Profile

• Enjoyment in working with apprentices, students, interns as well as in educational committees and the divisional management team
• Strong communication and presentation skills in spoken and written form, a high willingness for personal and professional development as well as active participation in change processes, and experience in guiding and supporting groups
• Completed training at the level of the Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), vocational pedagogical training at the level of the Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (HFP) as well as proven further training in leadership. Professional experience in nursing or healthcare is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the guidelines and legal bases necessary for the activity

The annual salary for this position ranges between CHF 113,275 and CHF 145,000 (100%) depending on experience.
