IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for end users with IT questions and fault reports
You record, classify and process service requests via telephone and ticket system
You efficiently support technical problems, both remotely and on site
You install and configure new PC workstations, peripherals and mobile devices
You work on projects, document solutions and create training materials, together with external IT service providers
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the field of computer science and have experience in IT support as well as in system administration
You have good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and common hardware and software
You work independently and proactively
You are communicative, resilient, a team player and service-oriented
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
