Foreign Trade Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 90,000For an established Swiss technology company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and produces innovative machinery and vehicle solutions for professional applications and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. An international environment and varied tasks characterise the employer.
Responsibilities:
Independent handling of export orders including administrative processing
Planning and coordination of transports with customers, freight forwarders, and internal contacts
Creation, review, and management of export and customs documents
Ensuring compliance with export controls, customs regulations, and legal requirements
Conducting tariff classifications and enquiries in the area of dual-use goods
Close cooperation with sales, logistics, service, and other departments
Maintenance of relevant data in the ERP system and support in process optimisation
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with experience in export, trade, or industrial environment
Further training as a foreign trade specialist or comparable qualification in export
Professional experience in export processing and sound knowledge of customs regulations
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
Structured, independent, and responsible working style
Very good German skills and good English skills
