Field Sales Representative Construction 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Support of customers from the main construction trade and building materials trade
Identification and acquisition of new projects within your market area
Conducting technical consultations with a focus on customer-specific solutions
Building long-term business relationships and expanding the network
Planning and coordinating delivery and production times with all parties involved
Negotiating offers and accompanying the sales process through to completion
Ongoing support for customers on technical and commercial issues
Active implementation of the regional sales strategy
Qualifications:
Further training or professional experience as a construction manager or site manager
At least two years of experience in construction or project environment
Knowledge in field sales or technical sales is advantageous
High customer orientation and confident appearance
Strong organisational skills and structured working method
Negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
Very good German skills and confident use of Swiss German in everyday business
