The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who require care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialised departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the standards of relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing.

Are you our new team member?
The gastronomy staff place great importance on bringing joy to the residents daily with meals tailored to their needs. We are looking at our Köniz location from immediately or by arrangement for a
- Ensuring catering for residents, employees, guests, and visitors
- Practical work and planning as well as monitoring and adjusting the daily routine
- Monitoring and complying with hygiene regulations
- Purchasing daily products
- Assisting with operational purchasing planning and monitoring of inventory
- Processing resident records
- Monitoring and ensuring quality
- Cook with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), preferably with additional training as a diet cook EFZ
- Experience in communal catering
- Enjoyment of the profession, work experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Interest in preparing diet and special diets
- Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Well-established and motivated teams
- Introduction to the area of responsibility in the production kitchen in Köniz
