Responsibilities:
- Development of manufacturing strategies
- Independent CAM programming for drilling and milling of machining centres from 2.5D to 5-axis simultaneous
- Running in the programmes on the machine
- Creating the necessary documentation for manufacturing
- Close collaboration with adjacent departments such as foremanship, production planning and machining technology
Qualifications:
- Basic training in the mechanical field (e.g. polymechanic)
- Solid knowledge in machining (including complex complete machining of workpieces)
- Experience with CNC machining centres, preferably Siemens 840D SL/PL control
- Experience in programming CNC machining centres (turn-mill centre, 5-axis machining centre)
- Experience in programming with Concept NREC, Siemens NX11 - CAD/CAM, Vericut
- Experience in TDM (Tool Data Management)
- Very good skills in reading technical drawings and specifications as well as constructive thinking
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as basic knowledge of English
