In this role, you take on the technical and organisational leadership of a well-coordinated team of surveying professionals. You are responsible for the official updating, lead projects in the area of GIS and engineering surveying, and ensure high quality standards. With your expertise, you promote the further development of the location and long-term customer retention.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for official surveying and ÖREB verification
Management and implementation of projects in GIS, planning, and engineering surveying
Ensuring quality assurance and budget compliance
Maintenance and expansion of customer relationships
Promotion and development of employees including training of apprentices
Qualifications:
Completed studies as a Geomatics Engineer (FH/ETH)
Additional training as a Engineering Surveyor
Several years of professional experience in surveying and project management
Experience in customer care and communication
Leadership experience and enthusiasm for employee development
Fluent German language skills
