Start your future at Visana and actively shape your training. At our headquarters in Bern, we offer you a commercial apprenticeship in the private insurance sector starting summer 2027. From the very beginning, you will be part of the team and take on exciting tasks. We support you in optimally linking your knowledge from practical experience and vocational school. Competent trainers and colleagues will accompany you and are always available to assist you with professional and personal questions.

Your tasks

• You will get to know the various areas of an insurance company
• You will perform general administrative tasks
• You will process insurance applications and customer data and carry out any necessary changes
• You will handle customer enquiries and take on telephone duties

Your profile

• You have completed primary school with good results and have already passed the Multicheck test for Commercial Clerk EFZ
• You find it easy to make contact and have an outgoing personality
• You enjoy working on the computer and are familiar with MS Office
• You are enthusiastic, motivated and have a strong willingness to perform
