Role:
In this role, you actively shape the digital working environment of clients and drive its continuous optimisation. You take responsibility for the efficient use of modern collaboration platforms and contribute your professional expertise purposefully. At the same time, you have plenty of room to develop professionally and personally and to sustainably expand your skills. Responsibilities:
- You support, administer, and further develop Microsoft 365 cloud environments such as Office 365 and SharePoint, including MS apps and subject-specific applications.
- In this role, you design and conceptualise modern workplace solutions based on Office 365 and SharePoint.
- You create concepts for the introduction of Office 365 products and accompany change and adoption processes in clients’ organisations.
- As a specialist for digital collaboration platforms, you provide qualified support for Microsoft 365 and modern workplace topics.
- You plan and manage migrations and rollouts of Office 365 solutions independently or take on project management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Completed degree or training in computer science.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a valid driving licence.
- Solid experience in implementing Microsoft 365 online services (Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Business Applications).
- Confident understanding of Office 365 in hybrid environments.
- Proven practical knowledge in the administration of Microsoft 365 services.
- Strong motivation to develop innovative solutions in the modern workplace environment and to support clients in the introduction of O365 products.
