Responsibilities:
Operate global cloud and on-premises infrastructure with Azure, Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and PKI.
Be responsible for virtualisation with VMware and Hyper-V as well as backup, recovery and data protection processes.
Manage lifecycle, updates and automation as well as continuously optimise performance, availability and infrastructure costs.
Integrate and operate network and security components with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet and SD-WAN in an enterprise environment.
Manage SLA/KPI, ITIL processes, budgeting and procurement as well as coordinate external service providers and share knowledge internally.
Qualifications:
Degree in computer science, information technology or comparable qualification with several years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, ADFS, SCOM, SCCM, Microsoft 365 and central infrastructure services.
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Linux, databases as well as Cisco Meraki, Fortinet and SD-WAN.
Practical experience in highly available multi-site and 24/7 production environments as well as with ITIL, incident, problem and change management.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills, service-oriented working style and good English skills.
