Senior Project Manager Ventilation Systems (m/f/d)

- Assuming personnel and technical responsibility for the ventilation installation area
- Deputising for the business unit manager ventilation and co-developing the business unit within the management team
- Planning and realising ventilation projects in new builds and renovations, including quality and cost control
- Accompanying and supervising construction execution while communicating with clients, architects, engineers, planners and internal departments
- Coordinating internal and external processes as well as efficient planning of resource requirements
- Ensuring timely implementation and compliance with project specifications in all project phases
- Responsibility for leading and motivating the installation team as well as promoting professional development
Qualifications:
- Completed basic training in ventilation, ideally supplemented by further education such as technician HF/FH, engineer specialising in ventilation or project manager building services
- High customer orientation and pronounced sales flair, combined with the ability to maintain long-term customer relationships
- Solid experience with MS Office programmes as well as CAD software, especially 3D CAD, for creating precise plans and drawings
- Ability to work independently on projects and lead projects, always keeping cost, quality and schedule management in view
- Committed participation in acquiring new projects and preparing market-appropriate offers
