Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 100,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an Architect for Execution Planning to handle the planning of demanding architectural projects with a focus on project design, detailing, and realisation. You will further develop design concepts into technically precise execution and detailed plans and coordinate these with specialist planners and other project participants. The work is carried out digitally in 2D and 3D, with an increasing focus on model-based BIM processes. We are seeking a professional with Swiss project experience, a high architectural quality standard, and an interest in constructive detailing.
Responsibilities:
Handling architectural projects with a focus on project and execution planning
Creation and further development of execution, working, and detailed plans
Constructive elaboration of components, connections, and architectural details
Implementation of design concepts considering construction, technology, and cost-effectiveness
Creation and maintenance of 2D/3D CAD models, especially with Vectorworks
Participation in the further development of BIM-based planning processes
Coordination and integration of plans from structural engineering, building services, and other disciplines
Review of specialist planner and contractor plans and resolution of planning interfaces
Preparation of planning and presentation documents using the Adobe Creative Suite
Support with building permits, tenders, and sample selections
Accompanying the planning during realisation and handling of execution queries
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree as an ETH/FH Architect or equivalent university qualification
At least 2 years of professional experience in Switzerland in project and execution planning
Very good knowledge of Vectorworks 2D/3D or comparable CAD/BIM software
Experience with BIM and model-based planning is an advantage
Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of common rendering and visualisation software is an advantage
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
