Purchaser 100% in the Industrial Sector (Fixed-Term) - Supply Shortages Are Not Your Thing!
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:- Responsibility for the procurement of materials and components as well as supplier management and monitoring of delivery dates
- Organisation and handling of national and international goods shipments
- Receipt, inspection, and posting of goods receipts in the ERP system
- Maintenance of inventory levels as well as support in warehouse organisation and stocktaking
- Participation in logistical processes such as material transport and loading and unloading of goods
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure smooth material flow
- Support with further operational and logistical tasks as well as assistance in adjacent areas as needed
- Commercial training and several years of professional experience in operational purchasing and materials management
- Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector
- GMP knowledge is an advantage
- German at native speaker level in spoken and written form as well as good oral English skills
- Strong team spirit as well as an open and professional communication style
- Willingness to get involved and also perform simple support tasks in goods logistics
