Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is a growing Swiss family business offering a varied role in financial accounting. In addition to independently handling day-to-day business, you will support financial statements and actively shape the digitalisation of financial processes.
Responsibilities:
Independent posting of business transactions, checking invoices and receipts, and reconciling accounts
Handling and monitoring payment transactions as well as ensuring a correct accounting data basis
Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Participation in the digitalisation and improvement of financial processes and related projects
Communication with internal and external contacts, depending on language skills also in French or Italian
Qualifications:
Completed commercial basic training EFZ and initial or several years of experience in financial accounting
Solid Excel skills; experience with ERP systems, especially Abacus, is an advantage
Independent, reliable, and careful working style as well as interest in digital solutions and process improvements
Further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
Very good German skills; French and/or Italian are an advantage
